Ron Schornstein
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of Fluid Rx, Inc., is a multi-disciplined entrepreneur who has built successful enterprises in the healthcare, chemical and the automotive industry. Among his achievements, Ron developed ACUSTRIP® Company, which supplies the automotive and trucking industry with a widely-used device for advanced fluid diagnostics, and RxHope® which services the pharmaceutical industry into multi-million dollar ongoing concerns.
Schornstein's strengths include strategic planning, industrial engineering, financial analysis, information technology, product management and quality control. He has an MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Economics from Case Western Reserve University. Ron is a Certified Project, Inventory and Production Manager, an executive member of ASTM, a member of TMC, SAE and APICS. He serves his community as a YMCA committee member, has an ATM certification with his local Toastmasters Club and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Ron is also proud to be an Eagle Scout.
Ron McElroy
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of Fluid Rx, Inc., has focused his talents on the automotive aftermarket, creating more that 80 innovative products since the early eighties and has founded or co-founded five cutting edge companies including Magna-Guard, Inc. and Fluid Rx, Inc. To date his work has earned him two "Best New Product Awards" including the "Magna-Guard Oil Filter Magnet", and three "Innovation Awards" including the "Fluid Rx® Instant Automatic Transmission Diagnostics Kit".
McElroy honed his electronics background serving as an air-born crypto technician in the US Air Force over Cambodia and Vietnam. Utilizing the GI Bill, Ron graduated with distinction from SCC earning a Degree in Music. As a musician, band leader and original artist he has opened for major recording artist including Buffalo Springfield, Moby Grape, and Steppenwolf and as a sound technician he has worked with major performing artists including Jimi Hendrix, Santana, and Ray Charles. Currently, McElroy's passion for improving engine fuel efficiency, performance, and reliability continues to drive his creativity and serves as an inspiration to automobile industry professionals and retailers alike. Ron resides on the coastal waters of California with his musical instruments and wife Linda aboard their good ship, the "Arctic Witch".
Allen Uhler
Director of International Sales and Marketing with more than 20 years of successful brand building in the global arena. He has an extensive knowledge of local sales methods in over 40 countries encompassing personal relationships with dozens of corporations.
This is accomplished with a thorough understanding of marketing methods, currency exchange, offset credit programs, finance and a network of distributors, agents, corporate entities and experts actively engaged to complete small, medium and large transactions.
Uhler combined a solid background in the international DRTV / Live Shopping discipline with experience in retail distribution to make MotorUp the category leader in the engine additive category for a number of years and the brand continues to lead the market in Japan and Germany.
As Co- CEO for Pacific Media PLC (London Exchange), he oversaw product selection and media buying for offices throughout the Pacific Rim.
He started his business career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and later oversaw operations of a regional brokerage firm on the Philadelphia Stock and Options Exchange (PHLX). Such experience has left him with the belief that ones competition may be less than 12 inches away.
Uhler has an undergraduate degree in Economics (mathematics minor) from Fordham University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed pilot with over 1600 hours of accumulated flying time. Memberships include SMBC and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
Allen lives in Spring Lake, New Jersey with his wife and twin children.
